Our products are manufactured in Vancouver, Washington. Currently, our entire operation is run from a small garage. 

No, we currently do not have a physical location available to the public. 

Yes, we offer STL’s to be purchased for Personal Use. Select the “DIGITAL STL’s” button on the menu bar. 

Most of our 3D printed products are made from PLA (Polylactic Acid), typically made from fermented plant starch like corn, cassava, sugarcane or sugar beet pulp. The color pigment comes from a concentrated mixture of pigments and additives known as a masterbatch. The exact formula for each of our color varies. Additives may include carbon fiber, wood fibers, metal particles, graphene flakes, copolymer additions and melt viscosity modifiers. 

We us Bambu A1 Minis and Bambu X1C 3D printers. 

Yes, I offer a Commercial License through Patreon. 

Order & Shipment Questions

No, registering for a BKPrint3D account is optional. You may place an order as a quest. 

We are working on building and maintaining an inventory for popular products. These products typically ship within 1-3 days. 

Many products allow for color customization, patterns, custom text, etc. The production time on custom made products varies on order size, complexity and how busy we are. Typically expect production time to be about a week. 

Yes we have an option to rush orders. This means we will prioritize shipping your order within 1 to 2 days. Most rushed order will be shipped the following day. Larger order will take two days.

During the checkout process there is an option to choose “Rush My Order + USPS Priority.” Priority shipment usually take 1-3 business days. 

Email letting us know what the issue is. For damaged or incorrect items, please provide a photo. We will replace missing, damaged or incorrect items.

You cannot cancel an order that was already shipped. If you have an account with us, hover over the “MY ACCOUNT” icon to the right of the search bar and select “Orders.” You have an hour from when you placed an order to automatically cancel it. 

Email if you need further assistance. We may issue a partial refund for orders we began working on. 

Registering for an account with us gives you the ability to track your orders easily and save shipping and billing information on future orders. 

USPS Ground Advantage: This is the basic shipping service offered by USPS. Shipping takes 2-6 business days.

USPS Priority: Priority shipping takes 1-3 business days.

After we ship your order, you will receive an email with the tracking details. Alternatively, if you have an account with us, you can find the tracking info by hovering over the “MY ACCOUNT” icon to the right of the search bar and selecting “Orders.” 

Items must be returned in their original form within 14 day from the day you receive them. Shipping costs are not refunded and the return label is your responsibility. Personalized items may not be returned. Personalized products are products that include patterns, engravements and/or custom text. Products with no customization options or one color option may be returned.
